Momiji's Dance +REVISED+

I'm cleaning up for the Katsucon, because I"m buying a table at Artist Alley this year!!!!! I found this sad little picture in one of my old folders, and noted how dull and shy it seemed. So, I redrew some of the lines (this was before my inking phase, so it's all in pencil), inked it, and livened it up with my prismacolour pencils! XD
This has always been one of my favourite pics, because it is so dynamic, and I love the composition. I love how the ribbons and fabric are all flowing outwards ^^ Plus, those leaves are all individually detailed. The whole pic took about 4 hours to colour this time around (I'm getting faster, hehe)

Another pic I drew for my friend Kira. I had to draw this because (as fruits basket fans know) they never showed us Momiji's dance! I was so excited, thinking I would see cute little Momiji dance in his beautiful ceremonial kimono. But did that happen? NO. So I had to draw that scene myself... I like this picture. I think it's cute. "Momiji" is the word for a type of japanese maple tree (the leaf of which is shown in BG). It is actually a common girl's name, and I love to tease Kira that her favourite character has a girl's name! *evil grin*
